The "Quick Water Requirements" tool was overly generous in its water volume recommendations. Boil-off was only about .75 (as I anticipated, but wanted to try doing as I was told, for once). 6.75 gallon boil resulted in 6 gallons of wort, more than I wanted and having an adverse impact in original gravity. I would recommend sparging to a boil volume of 6.0 gallons.
