Notes
add campden tablet to cider, rest 24hr
make 1/2qt irish moss tea, mix into cider
add yest nutrient
add brown sugar and spices to carboy
pour cider into carboy, mix vigerously
split 1/2 pack of 1056 for another brew and add to cider
ferment at 65F for 2 days, bump to 75F until FG is constant
mix in additional ingredients to taste
add potassium sorbate
transfer to keg and force carb.
