29L mash w/ 3liter sparge
15L at 1.073 into fermenter. ?lost a lot to boil.
Need to add 1.5L starter and 5.5L top up water.
Efficiency is like 60% here, wtf?
Pitched yeast starter harvested from W-34/70 (no washing, scooped from fermenter after bottling and added to 1.5L starter)
