Notes
no mash out. 90 minute mash. started mash at 152, ended at 147 - not sure why so much heat loss. sort of a semi-fly-sparge - set up grain bed, then just dump warm water (165f) in by hand as it drained, with aluminum foil screen on top to prevent disturbing grain bed.
