Notes

Typical pale ale can be made low alcohol by siphoning it into a 5 gallon sterilized pot after fermentation is complete. Place beer into oven at 180f for 2 hours. If bottling, dissolve priming sugar in 1 cup water. Cool beer then stir in some of the yeast sediment mixed with the cooled priming liquid. (Note: Beer may tend to be a little too viscuous without the alcohol so add 1 qt. of water to batch, if desired.)

If kegging, simply add the lowered alcohol beer to the keg with 1 qt. of water and carbonate.
