  • Dextrose amount is based on rough calculation of grams/oz of sugar contained within the juice (24g per 8 oz). Not an actual addition of Dextrose.

    1, Boil Cranberry Grape Juice (59 oz) for 10 minutes.
    1. Add Honey while mixing in thoroughly.
    2. Add to mixture to fermenter.
    3. Slice 1 Large Orange and add to fermenter.
    4. Add 1 Clove to the fermenter.
    5. Top with water until the mixture reaches the 1 gallon mark.
    6. Allow to cool until 70 degrees (F).
    7. Pitch yeast.
