I made this as reference recipe to compare with a future homemade-pilsner Malt recipe ( hopefully identical process.)
Its my first all grain brew and I sort of made it up as I went.

  • Didnt sparge properly so efficiency pretty crap.
  • Maybe too bitter?.
    Gravity start = 1.042
    --------
    7th Feb: CHecked gravity = 1.005 (!)
