Just an attempt to make a typical light ale without adding corn or rice or other junk.

Adjusted for efficiency and final ABV. Very pale in color and could probably do without the last 2min addition of saaz hops if your looking for a Coors lite type of beer with no hop flavor.

Planning to repeat with Hallertau with no last minute additions.
