Quite a strong malty taste, very carbonated but no head retention. Right amount of bittering. Would prefer less malt and more hop aroma. Tasted 5 years after bottling and no change at all!
Like all of my beers this had a slight 'homebrew' taste. I now suspect that it's my water. The next one I brew I'll try adjusting the water.
