Notes
i was looking to create a beer that was very malty and a little on the heaver/fuller body/mouth feel side.. first try at this recipe. i will have to say it smells amazing!! good color.. instead of adding a final 5min hop addition, i will be dry hoping with 1 oz of whole leaf cascade to really bring the whole thing together and try to balance out the sweetness..
