Notes
This started as an attempt to clone North Coast Brewers' Old Rasputin but I added a little twist... 3 lbs of Africanized "Killer" Bee Honey (hence the name). It turned out excellent and even garnered an honorable mention in a local homebrew contest. It's a very dark and very malty much like Old Rasputin but the Killer Bee honey (which by itself tastes a lot like caramel) added a smoothness I have never tasted in a beer before.
