Notes
1) 1 gal water Ft Collins tap water. Heat to 150F
2) Steep grain for 45min at 150F
3) Discard the grain, heat to boil. (205F)
4) 60 min boil, start of boil add 3g of hops
5) Last 10 add DME. Stir well
6) End of boil, chill with ice bath to ~70F
7) Sani your fermenter
8) Take hydrometer sample. (1.060)
9) Pitch yeast (Cali)
10) Ferment for 7 days at ~65F
11) Bottle with sugar tabs.
12) Condition bottles for 7 days at ~65F
13) Chill and enjoy!
