Notes

"I have nothing left to give."

Inspired by the hollow, ethereal beauty of Poppy’s Empty Hands, Le Vase is a botanical ale crafted on a Saison base to hold space between the vibrant and the void.

Brewed on a delicate 75/25 Pilsen and Wheat foundation, this beer is a study in raw contrast. We’ve infused 20g/L of Hibiscus to create a striking, deep-magenta hue, anchored by a 75/25 blend of Rosemary and Sage. The piney resin of the rosemary and the velvet earthiness of the sage cut through the hibiscus's sharp, cranberry-like acidity. Finished bone-dry by a classic Saison yeast, the result is bright, hazy, and weightless.

Named for the "hollow vessel" referenced in the track, Le Vase is an elegant, minimalist container for a complex herbal profile. Defined by its vibrant color and lingering botanical resonance, this is a brew stripped back to its essence—leaving nothing behind but the memory of the pour.

A liquid offering, poured into an empty hand.
