Notes

Do cereal mash of Kernza. Run through food processor to break up.

Mix kernza with 5oz of milled 2-row. Add hot water until temp hits 141 degrees (range is 136-147degrees), hold for 15 minutes.

Heat to boiling for 30 minutes, cool to mash temp and add to mash.
