Etter all gjennomskylling og kok var vi på 18,5L med 1,053 i OG. For å få 5% øl før flaskekarbonering (forventa FG 1,010) tilsatte vi 1,5L som ga 20L med 1,048 OG. Med 190g sukker kommer det til å øke prosenten til 5,5%, som er target ABV.
