1 oz Mosaic boiled for the last 15 minutes
1 oz Mosaic added after flameout to whirpool for 30 minutes
2 oz Mosaic dry hops added on day 3 of fermentation
4 oz Mosaic dry hops added post-fermentation 3 days before packaging.

Aiming for very hop-forward recipe. Deliberately increased the Gypsom from 6g to 9g and did not add any calcium chloride (usually 3 grams).
