Og 1.050, pitched yeast at 25 degrees celsius, after 32 hours the temp of the beer in the fermenter was at 20. The yeast called for 11-17 so hopefully another 12 hours will get us to target. After 96 hours gravity is at 1.013 ABV 5.25%. beer temp has dropped to 14-15C. After 144 hours gravity is 1.010.
Cold crashing before bottling, trying Cooper's carbonization tablets cold crashed outside in minus 11. Only for an hour
