Triple infusion mash. Mash in 5 gal 142F water to get 132F. Rest 15 min, Infuse 2 gal Boiling to get 156F. Hold 30 min, Infuse 1 gal 160F to thin the mash. Recirc then sparge with 175F. Boil 65 Minutes. Whirlpool and recirc with pump through Counter-flow and immersion chillers till hit 82F. Collect in 2 5 gal fermenters. Got 1.060 OG (shooting for 1.058). Cooled to 52F and pitched Cellar Science German Lager yeast 3 packets.
