Notes

Hops were not removed from boil to fermentation so remained throughout, due to brewer incompetence.

1.058 to 1.010 @ 6.3% in 6 days.
Stable for 5 more.

Kegged, haze remained in pour, held a strong head, slightly creamy texture, sweet tasting, balanced nicely with the hops. Very drinkable.

Would be interested in increasing aromatic hops, possibly switching/adding hop type for some more fruity or floral notes.
