Notes

Pitch around 65 degrees fahrenheit and let it ride. Try not to let it get above 85F. Should get you around 6% abv ab 35 ibu and finish dry. Or use a kveik yeast and have it as a pale ale and cut the honey and sub the rye for white wheat.
