Notes

This beer is inspired by ancient Ainu brewing tradition. Using full garin bill millet along with amylo-3000 to achieve sufficient conversion. Sorachi ace is added as a nod to Sapporo and to satisfy any legal beer requirements. Mugwort is used as the main herbal flavorant, as it was used in ancient brewing traditions placed around the cauldron to repel bad spirits. This drink was meant for the bear ceremony.
