2/18 FG1.011-12 - Kegged, set at 8-10 PSI ~ 35-40 deg 2/7 seems to be pretty much done.. barely bubbles 2/6 moved to 69 deg - got a few more bubbles, finished 2/4-2/5 heavy fermentation 2/4 good OG: 1.043 - on the money! BOIL: (pre-G should be 8-9 pts lower than OG) MASH NOTES: (2/4/23) Stove temp - tip of "7" in On position for 165 (Mash water gal - .12*grain lbs) 9 lbs x .12 = 1.08 4.0 gal mash-in + 1/8 Gyp & 1/4 CaCl For 7.0 gal 4.0 gal - 1.08 = 2.92 - 7.0 - 2.92 = 4.08 4.08 SPARGE + 1/8 Gyp & 1/4 CaCl Preboil target is 1040 Bill's OG 1047-1048 |
