This beer was fermented for four weeks. It was never placed into a secondary fermentation vessel. It was primed and bottled, then aged for five weeks. It was extremely quaff able after the aging process. It was medium Amber colored, with a slightly sweet taste, but for such a simple recipe. The finished product was very good. It was near 6.2 % in strength.
