Two objectives, keep a it simple English IPA / ESB style with a dark hue. use some wild hops picked in a Suffolk garden in 2021
12 sep bottled tastes good. conditioned with dextrose aiming for 2.2 co2, conditioned for 7 days,cold crashed for two days
sampled a bottle 21 sep, no head but a very easy drinking beer. Reminds me of Theakstons Old peculiar, malty and a little sweetness, I'm happy with that one,
