Notes
- Add hops to 3 gallons cold water
- Steep grains until 175˚
- Remove grains, add 1 jar LME
- Bring to boil, boil for 30 minutes
5 after 30 mintues, cut heat, stir in remaining LME and DME and 1 oz cryo
- Chill to 110˚, top off with 3 gallons cold water
7 put in fermenter and pitch
- after about 1 week drop I final oz cryo hops
