Notes
  1. Add hops to 3 gallons cold water
  2. Steep grains until 175˚
  3. Remove grains, add 1 jar LME
  4. Bring to boil, boil for 30 minutes
    5 after 30 mintues, cut heat, stir in remaining LME and DME and 1 oz cryo
  5. Chill to 110˚, top off with 3 gallons cold water
    7 put in fermenter and pitch
  6. after about 1 week drop I final oz cryo hops
