Chill however you do down to pitching temp on yeast packet.
Your brew must be at or below 60ºF (15ºC) before you pitch your yeast. Whatever it shows on the packet.
Primary Fermentation for 2 weeks
Diacetyl Rest
Raise temperature to 65F (18c) for 3 days
Lagger
Slowly lower temperature over next 2 weeks one or two degrees F from 65F (18c) to 35F (1.6c)
Keg or Bottle.
