2 gallons Milwaukee water
1 tsp CaCl to mash
1.5 mL 85% phosphoric acid in mash, plus 1 mL in pseudo decoction water

Mash @154 for 1 hr
Remove BIAB bag and drain wort for 10 minutes, while heating wort to a boil.
Dump BIAB bag grains into a separate kettle, add water until just below top of grains, boil for 1 hr (pseudo Decoction) stirring often and adding water as needed.
Dump boiled grains into another vessel lined with BIAB bag and drain. Add pseudo decoction wort to boiling wort as collected.

Ferment @ 60F
Ramp temp up to 65F for 3 days once 50% attenuation achieved (about 3 days post pitch)
Ramp temp down to 35F and add 1/2 tsp dissolved/sterilized gelatin for 1 week.
