Gravity was very low at 1.040. , mashed in at 156. Added 2 lbs of Light Dme and 2 lbs of sugar and 1 lb Malto dextrin, brought OSG TO 1.055.
Gravity after 4 day , 1.016, tasted like a banana heffe.
