I’d love to know the results of the water comparison! I live in Pantego, and my home brews made with my tap water always have an off-flavor. For my last few batches, I’ve used purchased drinking water and the flavor is gone. (But I have made other improvements to my techniques that could have affected the results.) Is it possible to make great beer with Pantego water? And if so, what treatment or preparation is needed?
