Notes
Maintain 10 gallon water level in boil by continuous small additions of distilled water (10 gal kettle) and fermcap at protein break. Finish with 9 gallons.
Split batch at full chill into 2 corny keg fermentors at 4 gallons
(1 gallon=trub)
Ferment with blowby at 58 degrees
Rack into Corny keg and lager at 34 degrees. Add 1 gallon distilled per keg. Yield is 4.5 gallon per keg.

Minus small amounts of caramalt by choice
