Target Water Profile
I'm Idaho @ High K
Notes
minimul bitterness
plenty of hop aromas and notes of grapefruit & tropical fruit.
original KJ recipe suggests dry hop with 4 days left (day 6 of ferment)....I dry hop at high Krausen so I don't have to purge the O2 - @ high K, ferment still happening and CO2 still producing to purge the O2.
original recipe suggests
OG 1.053
FG 1.010
ABV 5.3%
IBU 39
SRM 2
