Stainless steel cool ~45 minutes (pretty quick)
Pitched full inflated pack at 65F, 9pm 3/14
OG 1.044 according to Tilt

Note: darker than expected. Probably caramelized some of the LME.

Next morning, ~61F. Basement is ~50F. Small bubbles at 10am, gentle but active (light foam head, airlock sporadic)

1:24pm 1.040 57F. Still a small but noticeable fluffy head.

Plan after finishing: Crash, Gelatin... figure out cold and crash method.
