Got Yeast started at 10 min. into mash-worked out great but may want to start earlier.

Mash temp was spot on @ 152

Double sparge led to 6.2 gallons-way too much considering the boil off is not 1 gal/hour. next time need less.

Pre-boil SG was 1.040-1.042 hard to read.

Post Boil SG 1.048-1.050 was definitely under 1.051

Had trouble cooling wort. Need to look into sub pump to connect to wort chiller to decrease time.
