Successfully brewed. Not entirely certain about flavour. Have been having infection issues.

Have barrelled the beer for 3 months maturing and then will bottle.

First batch failed to ferment.
Second Batch - boiled for ages, but got OG up to 1.104. Got malt sugar and hops burnt onto the boiler element. Has added a cinder toffee / creme brulee note. Will have ot see what it's like bottled and matured.
Used 2 packs of yeast.
