Notes

This is a modified recipe from a Samuel Adams clone that claimed to be as closest to the real deal. I modified for a lazy BIAB while having the same outcome as possible.

Original recipe:
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/boston-lager-clone-decoction-krausening-ag-recipe.154327/
posted by Impatient.

Used modified friarsmith's step mesh note to replace decoction:
65C x 20 mins
70C x 40 mins

Used David Heath Homebrew's 45 min boil + 3 days dry hop method.

Used brulosophy's thick mash + partial/dilute boil + quick lager method.
Thick mash=2L/kg = 12L (compensate gain absorb)
batch sparge with 4L
Boil with ~16L end with 14L
Dilute to 21L

pitch at 20C
cool to 14C - 7 days
ram up 3C/12hr to 20C for 7 days
cold crash to 0C in 48h then keg
gelatin before cold crash of direct in keg
Keg at 4 deg C & 14 PSI.
