Using Frankenyeast IV from Southern Hills Homebrew Supply, Roanoke VA. It is a massive mixure of old yeast reinvigorated in a huge starter and shipped.
For KY Common recipe, pulled from Reddit. Don't have Brewer's Gold or Azacca so swapping in Northern Brewer and Medusa.
