Recipe as provided on NZ Brewer pod ast, except whirlpool addition split in half and half added at 10mins to go in boil, be a use Mark is a big pussy and is worried that the whirlpool addition and 4g bittering addition won't achieve the desired IBU.
OG on original recipe was 1055.
FG was 1013.
