11/01/2019

Lots of whirlpool hops soaked up liquid, wound up with 4.5 gal and OG of 1.074. Added 2 qts water to get to 4.75 gal which should be OG 1.070

Dry hops took forever to arrive and fermentation has slowed down dramatically so I added 45g corn syrup then dumped the 6 oz of dry hops on top.
