Notes

Added 1 oz of fresh basil from the garden with 5 minutes left in boil.

Not sure if the off flavors I picked up were expression of yeast stress or just from the basil being too strong, but this beer didn't turn out how I wanted it first go-around. Ended up dumping the keg :(.
