Notes

not flaked rice, instead Chinese Black Rice put in a cereal mash
15-20min protein rest at 165F
30min light boil, then cool down to 155F, put in with the rest of the mash.

fine grind the rice before cereal mashing

pureed 2lbs of apricots and rainer cherries then boiled them in a pot for 10mins and let it cool down to 70F
