Lost about a quart more than expected in the MLT due to grain absorption. BF was using the grain absorption value of 0.38 from my default equipment rather than 0.40 from my BIAB equipment. Adjusted both to 0.45 for now, which should account for the extra 1 qt missing here. |

Added 2 oz total of Galaxy & Citra as keg hops. Racked to a keg. Left to burst carb for 24 hrs at 45 psi. |
