Added water at 130F
After adding all grains- 118F
Then added 8 cups of 40F water
Lowered to 110F
Temp held to 108F after 20 minutes
Then added 1.3 gallons of boiling water to raise to 122F
Then added 2.8 gallons of boiling water to raise the temp to 154F
Mash ended at 154F. |
