Notes

Make a yeast starter with Wyeast 3056 and Imperial Juicy.

Whirlpool hops at 170 degrees after the 10 minute boil with the spices.

Next time: Great beer, but next time use a little more coriander and orange spices. The hops drown out those flavors a bit.
