Racked beer on top of 8oz of cocoa nibs and oak chips with maybe 1 oz of the bourbon left in the mason jar. Smells wonderful. |

Kegged and sitting at 8-9 PSI. Will let sit for over a week and bring a growler to Thanksgiving. 8 days of carb at 8 PSI should be good. It doesn't need much carb at all. Straight from the fermenter at room temp may even be perfect. |
