Notes

For starter, 8 oz DME was mixed in 2 L and started night of 5/3. Not enough yeast cake afternoon of 5/4 for 2 batches, so we waited until morning of 5/5 to pitch yeast into Yui's and my beer.

Ideal Starter: 1.5 L, 6 oz DME = 1.040 OG 340 bil cells
