Mash out next time?
Use Chinook hops (had to sub hops in this go around)
Finished 1.023
68% efficiency?

Brewed 10/6 & Pitched Huge 3.5L 090 starter
Cold Crash 10/14
Dry Bean 10/15 morning 4oz Caramel Vanilla
Kegged 10/17 night. Great coffee aroma, really stands out in taste

10/26 -- the intensity of the coffee has faded a tad in taste and aroma. This is a really good beer. Not sure I'd change anything except hops back to Chinook next time? Might could be ever so slightly sweeter but honestly it's great.

11/2 -- the coffee (and caramel with it) has faded more, finishes with more roasted aftertaste, less sweetness. If I could get the caramel/sweet to stay it would "live" longer. Perhaps increasing the C75 by 0.5lb? Swap roasted barley for midnight wheat to remove the unpleasant roast aftertaste?
