Notes

Performed decoction - after 1 hr mash, pulled ~2gal and boiled vigorously for 15 mins (30 mins to reach boil), returned to mash and let rest for another 15 mins, total mash duration 2 hrs, then sparged with 2.5 gal water at 180 F, let sit for 10 mins, then drained second runnings
