Notes

HomebrewJoe Notes: Batch#2 I didnt record any information on batch #1 but I did use vanilla beans and have the extract amount this recipe calls for. I cant remember if I used Willamette or Saaz before. This time around I am using Saaz and Amarillo hops. I am lowering the amount of Amarillo hops from 1 oz to keep the hop profile matching a cream ale. <20 IBUs. Batch #2 will not use Vanilla beans this time as they were not available sadly. Also Kolsche yeast was not available this time as well. I am utilizing California Ale yeast. Should be easier to ferment.
