Notes

I have 70g of Eclipse to use, so let's push the boundaries of IPA more. The chit malt is to "reinforce foam and texture in highly attenuated beers", as something different to Carapils. Arguably this style isn't highly attenuated, I'm not certain, but most of my brews turn out that way.

This was originally Eclipse and Amarillo only, but I think the hops sitting in my freezer could add a little complexity or pine which wouldn't be out of place in a West Coast IPA. I've postponed the dry hopping to focus more on hot-side bitterness, which is also more of a West Coast IPA thing.
