Notes
  1. Mash: 150°F for 60 min. (Strike ~3.75 gal @ 162°F)
  2. Sparge: ~4 gal @ 170°F. Collect ~6.5 gal wort.
  3. Boil: 60 min. Add hops per schedule. Add Dextrose final 10 min.
  4. Chill: Cool to 62°F.
  5. Pitch: Add full pack Steam yeast + half pack Ale yeast simultaneously.
  6. Ferment: Hold at 62°F for 4-5 days, then free rise to 68°F to finish.
